John Doyle isn’t just great for Germans audiences who want to prove that they can also laugh, he’s also great for corporate events in both German and English!
My stand-up routine in English takes a look at life in Germany from its funnier side. You may be thinking here, “funnier side? What the heck is he talking about?” Yes, there is a funnier side. And I’ve found it!
I talk about everyday differences between Germans and Americans – about the fact that Germans are more exact, orderly and relaxed…expecially when it comes to running around naked in the sauna.
I also talk about the ways in which 20 years of life in Germany have almost turned me into a German.
But there’s more! I also deal with topics that effect everyone…such as stress, long lines at the supermarket, anti-terror lunacy at airports, kids going through puberty, parents trying to survive kids going through puberty, back pain, neck pain, daily visits to the doctor, stuff everyone can relate to.
I can also adapt my show to incorporate company specific material. I’ve performed in engl. for banks, law firms, a German power company, an American airline, a Swedish cooling system company and the list goes on. The Swedish company especially loved my IKEA jokes. Go figure.
If you’ve got company specific bullet points you’d like me to hit, NO PROBLEM, I’ll hit them for you by working them into my show.

Im Oktober war ich bei Baustelle Deutschland im WDR Fernsehen und erzählte warum wir Amerikaner NICHT unter den EU-Rettungsschirm passen. WELCOME TO MY WORLD
Hier bin ich mit dem 4-fachen Bob Olympic Champion Kevin Kuske kurz vor der WOK WM in Innsbruck. Kevin ist auch ein 6-facher Weltmeister und 5-facher Europameister. Das heißt…man könnte sagen…er ist ein kleines bisschen besser als ich.
Hier bin ich mit Mr. Hackl-Schorsch nachdem ich die WOK WM in Innsbruck überlebt habe.
Zusammen mit Christina Surer in der WOXEN-Gasse. Das Hello Kitty Pflaster durfte ich behalten.
Ich trainiere gerade für die WOK WM 2011. So sieht mein Training aus….
